Warehouse Operative - Berry Recruitment - BALLYCLARE
Berry Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Duties
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe manner.
- Checking incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies.
- Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse.
- Preparing products for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling.
- Using handheld scanning devices and warehouse systems where required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following all Health andamp; Safety procedures and site regulations.
- Supporting colleagues and supervisors with general warehouse duties as required.
What You Need
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
- Flexible approach to workload and daily tasks.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
Shift Pattern
11:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday to Saturday for 2 weeks, followed by Monday to Friday for 2 weeks (rotating pattern).
