The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the trimming team, ensuring the departmentandnbsp;isandnbsp;workingandnbsp;toandnbsp;meetandnbsp;theandnbsp;customerandnbsp;needs,andnbsp;theandnbsp;correct qualityandnbsp;standardsandnbsp;ofandnbsp;workandnbsp;and the departmental resources are supervised effectively.
Skills andamp; Experience Needed:
andbull; Engineering manufacturing background
andbull; Experience working within a complex assmebled manufacturing envrionmentandnbsp;
andbull; Previous people management andamp; organisational experience andnbsp;
andbull; Ability to conduct appraisals, disciplinaries andamp; departmental meetings
