Health and Safety Business Partner

Permanent - -45-50K per annum
What You'll Do
- Act as the lead Health andamp; Safety contact across designated sites/projects.
- Build relationships with senior and operational teams, providing practical advice and challenge.
- Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across sites.
- Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments, identifying and driving improvements.
- Provide guidance on UK Handamp;S legislation, policies and best practice.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Deliver Handamp;S training, briefings and toolbox talks.
- Monitor safety performance, trends and key risks.
- Support contractor compliance, onboarding and competence checks.
- Liaise with the HSE, Local Authorities and Fire andamp; Rescue Services when required.
- Support ISO 45001 and wider Handamp;S management systems.
Skills andamp; Experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
- Experience in Handamp;S within property maintenance, construction or FM.
- Strong knowledge of UK Handamp;S legislation.
- Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Tech IOSH / Grad IOSH / CMIOSH desirable.
- ISO 45001 experience desirable.
