About this role
This is a contract Site Manager role in Winsford (CW7 2JZ), starting ASAP on an ongoing, project-based basis, paying £284 per day. You will manage M&E fit-out projects, with particular responsibility for overseeing mechanical insulation works. The role requires proven Site Manager experience and a strong M&E fit-out background, alongside confident coordination of mechanical trades and subcontractors. You will manage programme, quality and progress on site, and maintain a strong understanding of health and safety and site compliance. Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred, and you must be available to start ASAP.
