About this role
This is a contract Site Manager role based in Stobcross (historical), working on a fit-out of a large office refurbishment in the Glasgow area. The project commences Monday 19th October and runs for 20 weeks on day shifts. Responsibilities include managing the refurbishment project, supervising and coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inductions, attending and leading client meetings, ensuring health, safety and site compliance, liaising with a visiting Contracts Manager, and using IT systems for reporting and project administration. Essential experience includes proven experience as a Site Manager, a strong background in retail construction or refurbishment projects, good communication and organisational skills, and IT literacy.
Job Description
Site Manager required for a fit-out of a large office refurbishment in the Glasgow area. The project is commencing Monday 19th October and running for 20 weeks. The requirement is day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the refurbishment project.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager.
- Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.
- Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate.

- First Aid Certificate
