This is a contract Site Manager role based in Salford, working on a £5million CAT A and B fit out of a five-storey commercial building. Starting 31st August, the six-month project requires you to be responsible for all on-site day-to-day activities, ensuring the site operates to high safety standards, with the support of an on-site Project Manager. An SMSTS, BLACK CSCS and first aid certificate are essential. The role offers £300 - £320 per annum and there is potential for long-term work with this client and contractor, who have a portfolio of upcoming work.

We are immediate requirement for an experienced Site Manager for a 6 month contract in the centre of Manchester. The project is a -5million CAT & B fit out of 5 stories on a commercial building.
You will be responsible for all the on-site day to day activities, ensuring that site is operating with high safety standards and you will have the support of an on site Project-Manager. An SMSTS, BLACK CSCS and 1st aid essential
