This permanent role is based in Loughborough and offers a salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per year, with flexible, full-time hours. As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the children's home, leading and developing the residential care team and ensuring high-quality, individualised care. You will maintain safeguarding and regulatory standards, oversee care plans, documentation and staff supervision, and work with social workers, families and other professionals. Applicants need a Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent, at least two years' experience in a children's residential home, and previous senior, supervisory or management experience.

About You
You will need:
- Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
- Working towards a Level 5 qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home
- Previous senior, supervisory or management experience
- Good knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
The Role
