About this role
This temporary Reach Truck Driver role is based in Hoddesdon with a thriving food wholesale company. Working Sunday to Friday with a day off during the week, you will pick and prepare food orders accurately and efficiently while operating reach truck and warehouse equipment safely. Duties include loading, unloading and moving stock, ensuring products are stored correctly, and keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised. You will follow food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures, carrying out general warehouse duties as required and working as part of a team. The rate is £14 to £17 per hour.

7am-5pm Reach truck driver& warehouse duties (Days off Tuesday and Saturday)
8am-6pm Reach truck driver& warehouse duties (Days off Thursday and Saturday)
Mid Shift
4pm-2am
Night shift
6am-4am

Our client, a busy and established food wholesale company based in Hoddesdon, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Warehouse All-Rounder to join their team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is happy to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and preparing food orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating RTD (Reach Truck/warehouse equipment) safely, where required
- Loading, unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
- Ensuring products are stored correctly
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure orders are ready on time
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- Experience within a food wholesale, food distribution or warehouse environment is an advantage
- RTD experience/licence is desirable
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working night shifts
