This is a temporary Production Operative role based in Neaton, working with Cranswick Country Foods, one of the largest food producers in the UK. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £20.84 per hour, with a weekly attendance bonus. Full training is provided, so previous experience is not necessary; what matters is a team player mentality and the desire to get the job done well. You will also have the opportunity to be taken on with a permanent contract with Cranswick PLC, which offers fantastic progression opportunities and looks to promote from within.

As a General Operative in on of department at the meat factory in Watton, you'll be packing some of the country's best-selling pork products including our tasty loin steaks, chops and sausages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate on a production line in a chilled environment
* Pack, weigh, and label food products
* Conduct quality checks and report any issues
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation
* Support general production tasks as needed
Shift Patterns (4on/4off & Mon-Fri):
* Day Shifts: 4on4off (05:30 AM - 17:00 PM o 06:00 AM - 17:00 PM) or Mon-Fri (06:00 AM - 16:00 PM)
* Night Shifts: 4on4off (16:30 PM - 03:30 AM or 17:00 PM - 03:30 AM) or Mon-Fri (16:00 PM - 01:00 AM)
Shift time may vary slightly depending on the department
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not required
* Comfortable working in chilled conditions
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
