About this role
This is a 12-week temp-to-perm contract for an experienced and reliable Pressman in Dronfield, paying £12.71 per hour. Working day or night shifts, you will operate a hydraulic press safely and efficiently and manufacture silicone materials to the required specifications. You will also carry out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards, pack finished orders ready for dispatch, and maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment while following production procedures and health and safety requirements. Previous experience operating a hydraulic press and in a production or manufacturing environment is required, along with good attention to detail and quality control skills.

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Pressman to join our production team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous hydraulic press and production experience who is looking for a long-term permanent position. Successful candidates will initially be employed on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after 12 weeks.
Key Duties- Operating a hydraulic press safely and efficiently
- Manufacturing silicone materials to the required specifications

- Packing finished orders ready for dispatch

- Following production procedures and health & safety requirements
- Previous experience operating a hydraulic press
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and quality control skills
- Reliable and hardworking with a good work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working long shifts in a production environment
Day Shift
5:45am - 5:45pm
48-hour paid week
Night Shift
5:45pm - 5:45am
48-hour paid week
Working Pattern
- Mainly Monday-Thursday
- Occasionally Monday-Wednesday
- Once permanent, Thursday may be paid even when not worked in certain circumstances
- Paid at minimum wage
- Paid weekly on Friday
- 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
- Pay increase upon going permanent

- £200 quarterly bonus
- Additional bonus paid every second week of the month
