This is a contract People & Culture Business Partner role based in Billingsgate, offering £58,000 to £65,000 per annum. You will support leaders, improve employee experience and drive key people initiatives. Duties include championing an inclusive, engaging culture and leading engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives. You will support hiring managers with onboarding and interviews, and identify development opportunities to support retention and growth. The role also involves advising managers on people matters and managing employee relations cases, escalating where needed.
