About this role
This is a permanent Panel Technician role based in West Bridgford, working within a busy accident repair centre. The successful candidate will carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs, repair and replace damaged panels, and strip and refit components where required. You will assess vehicle damage, determine appropriate repair methods, and work with modern vehicle materials and techniques to ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards. The role involves working alongside Paint and MET Technicians to complete repairs efficiently and maintaining a clean, organised working environment. Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician is required.

Panel Technician / Panel Beater
Location: Nottingham
Rate: Up to -25 per hour + uncapped bonus
Our client is looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join their busy accident repair centre in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to secure ongoing work with a well-established automotive repair business, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through an uncapped bonus scheme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role

Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs.

Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels.

Strip and refit components where required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.

Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair and replacement.

Experience working within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.

Ability to produce high-quality repairs while working to deadlines.

Good attention to detail and a team-focused approach.

ATA, NVQ or IMI qualifications would be advantageous.
