About this role
Our client is looking for experienced Multi Traders to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties in Hastings and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time role. Duties include general property repairs and maintenance, carpentry repairs and basic joinery, minor plumbing repairs and installations, and patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs. You will diagnose faults and complete effective repairs, working independently and as part of a team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard. The salary is up to £40,660 depending on experience.

Duties-
Carry out general property repairs and maintenance

Complete carpentry repairs and basic joinery

Undertake minor plumbing repairs and installations

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

Experience working across multiple maintenance trades

Competent in carpentry, plumbing, plastering and general building repairs

Experience working in tenanted properties

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in a relevant trade, or equivalent experience

Full UK driving licence

DBS check or willingness to undertake one
