We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector across Nuneaton and Bedworth.
This is a self-employed position offering consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services to occupied properties.
The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance works within tenanted social housing properties, ensuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
Key Duties
- Patch plastering
- Creating and finishing builders' openings
- Basic tiling work
- Floorboard repairs and replacements
- Basic brickwork
- Boxing in boilers to a professional finish
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance
- Ability to carry out a range of trade skills to a high standard
- Good customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van and tools required
