About this role
This is a contract Multi Trade Operative role based in Coventry, covering Coventry, Stratford and Warwick, with enough work to keep you in one location closest to you. The position involves day to day responsive repairs and maintenance in tenanted and void properties. You will carry out multi trade work, with the majority of your time focused on either carpentry or plumbing depending on your preferred trade. Applicants should have experience in repairs and maintenance, multi trade skills with a carpentry or plumbing focus, and other basic multi trade skills. The rate is £23.53 per hour with mileage covered.
Job Description
I'm looking for a multi trade operative (either plumber or carpentry focused) on a long term contract doing day to day repairs in tenanted & void properties
Work is based around Coventry / Stratford / Warwick (theres enough work to keep you in one location so wherever you a closest too thats where you will work)
The Multi tader will be expected to:
- Multi trade Responsive repairs
- Multi trade Maintenance
- Depending on what trade you prefer thats the type of work you will be doing majority of the time (carpentry or plumbing)
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Multi trade operative that has:
- Experience doing repairs & maintenance
- Multi trade skills (carpentry or plumbing focused & other basic multi trade skills)
And in return, the Multi trade operative will receive:
- -23.53 per hour
- Mileage covered
- Long term consistent work
