About this role
This is a temporary Mechanical Engineer role in Tooting with an established FM company, offering £23 to £24 per hour, paid weekly via umbrella. Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance and testing on mechanical systems, as well as troubleshooting and fault finding. Duties also include maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, filter changes, reactive and breakdown repairs, and plumbing repairs and pipe work. Applicants will need an NVQ level 3, or level 2 plus experience, with a mechanical bias.

Perm salary = £38k
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be:
- Carrying out ppm works and maintenance testing on the mechanical systems
- Trouble shooting and fault finding
- Maintenance of AHU/ FCU's, filter changes etc
- Responsible for reactive and breakdown repairs
- Plumbing repairs and pipe work
To be successful as a Mechanical Engineer, you will need:
- NVQ level 3 or level 2 plus experience
- Experience in Mechanical bias, Plumbing engineer, M&E engineer, M&E engineer, commercial eplumber, Multiskilled engineer role
