About this role
This is a long term temporary Cook / Chef role based in Longbridge, working Monday to Thursday, 7am to 3pm, with occasional Fridays, paying £16.50 per hour. You will prepare and cook meals in a high-volume catering environment and maintain good knowledge of food hygiene regulations and allergen management. Previous experience as a School Cook, Chef, Cook Supervisor, Chef Manager, Sous Chef or similar catering role is required, along with a Food Safety Level 2 Certificate and Food Allergen Awareness Certificate. An Enhanced DBS certificate is needed, and you must be reliable and punctual.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a School Cook, Chef, Cook Supervisor, Chef Manager Sous Chef or similar catering role
- Experience preparing and cooking meals in a high-volume catering environment
- Food Safety Level 2 Certificate (Level 3 desirable)
- Food Allergen Awareness Certificate (we can offer training)
- Safeguarding Training (we can offer training)
- Enhanced DBS certificate (we can process)
- Good knowledge of food hygiene regulations and allergen management
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
- A positive attitude with excellent organisational and time management skills
