About this role
This is a permanent Learning Support Assistant role in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, with pay of £90.00 to £100.00 per day. Working full-time Monday to Friday, you will support pupils across the primary age range with their learning and development, providing individual and small-group support where required. You will assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, support pupils with additional learning needs and SEND, and encourage positive behaviour and engagement. The school seeks a caring, enthusiastic and reliable LSA to help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
