About this role
This permanent Intermediate Electrical Engineer role is based in Leigh-on-Sea, working on a diverse range of building projects across sectors including commercial, education, residential and defence. You will play a key role in delivering electrical engineering design and consultancy services, contributing to projects from inception through to completion. Day to day, you will develop and refine electrical designs for building projects, attend project meetings to discuss progress and address technical challenges, and collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery. Site visits to monitor implementation and resolve on-site issues also form part of the role, alongside preparing detailed reports and documentation to support project milestones.

Day-to-Day
On a typical day, you will:
- Develop and refine electrical designs for a variety of building projects.
- Attend project meetings to discuss progress and address technical challenges.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project implementation and resolve any on-site issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project milestones.
Responsibilities
As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing detailed electrical designs, specifications, and drawings.
- Assisting in the development of cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Reviewing tenders and preparing technical reports.

Qualifications
