About this role
Staff365 is recruiting Industrial Cleaners for a client in the Burton Latimer area (NN15) on a permanent contract. The role involves general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, disposing of waste materials in line with health and safety regulations, and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. You will follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and the work includes cleaning machines at heights and going under machines when needed. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights, able to work independently and within a team, and have strong attention to detail and good time management skills.

Hours of work: Saturdays 6am-2pm
Pay rate: -14 per hour- paid weekly
It is ongoing positions for right candidates.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Working at heights cleaning machines
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred
You need to be able to work at heights comfortably
Going under machines when needed
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
