About this role
This permanent Healthcare Assistant role in Royal Tunbridge Wells supports young people and adults with complex needs across day and night shifts, with guaranteed shift dates on a contract for Mondays and Wednesdays and additional days available. You will work as part of a team, supporting clients and colleagues, follow each client’s care plan, and handle challenging situations positively and appropriately. The position pays £16–£20 per hour and requires experience in complex care, strong face-to-face communication skills with non-verbal clients, at least 12 months’ UK experience as a children’s and adults’ support worker, and a valid PMVA certificate (BILD accredited).

Healthcare Assistant (HCA) - Complex Care
Location: Kent | Hours: Days and nights | Pay: £16 - £20 per hour
We're looking for a caring, reliable HCA to support young people and adults with complex needs.
Guranteed shift dates on a contract for Monday and Wednesday other additional days can be picked up ontop of the guranteed shift dates.
What you'll do

What we need
- Experience in complex care
- Strong face-to-face communication skills with non-verbal clients
- At least 12 months' experience as a children's and adults' support worker in the UK
- A valid PMVA certificate (BILD accredited), to be presented at application or interview
