This permanent Groundworker role is based in Ryde on the Isle of Wight, supporting civils teams working across drainage and utilities projects. Responsibilities include excavation and reinstatement works, drainage installation and repairs, pipe laying, concrete works and general groundwork activities. Candidates should have previous civils or groundwork experience, and construction tickets such as dumper, deep excavation or slinger are beneficial. Utilities or drainage experience is advantageous, along with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. The rate for this position is described as competitive.

Due to continued growth, Matchtech are looking for experienced General Operatives and Groundworkers to join civils teams working across drainage and utilities projects.
Duties:
- Excavation and reinstatement works
- Drainage installation and repairs
- Pipe laying
- Concrete works
- General groundwork activities
Requirements:
