About this role
This is a temporary FLT driver role based in Crewe. The successful candidate will safely operate forklift trucks in line with site procedures and health and safety regulations, and will load, unload, move and store materials efficiently. Duties also include sorting and segregating, using a compactor, general housekeeping, carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects. Applicants must hold a valid FLT licence (Electric Counterbalance and/or Reach, depending on experience) and have previous experience operating forklift trucks in a warehouse, manufacturing or operational environment, with strong awareness of health and safety procedures. Immediate starts are available; safety shoes are required, and interview and CV review take place prior to placement.
