About this role
This is a permanent FLT Driver role in Braunstone, Leicester, paying £13.10 per hour. Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of two days and two nights, 6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am, you will join a busy manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently, using a Powered Pallet Truck to move materials, loading and unloading deliveries, supplying production lines with raw materials, and transporting finished goods to the warehouse and dispatch areas. You will also carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain accurate stock movements in line with Health & Safety procedures.

- Supporting general warehouse duties when required.
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (essential).
- Experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT).
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- A strong understanding of warehouse health and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A reliable and flexible approach to work.
