About this role
This is a six-month temporary Finance Assistant role based in Coventry, working Monday to Friday, 08.30–17.00 with one hour for lunch, at £12.71 per hour. Joining a busy Accounts Receivable team, you will support management of the finance ledger and help ensure payments are collected accurately and on time. Responsibilities include managing outstanding debts and supporting cash collection, responding to customer and debtor queries, setting up and maintaining payment plans, maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations, and processing invoices, adjustments, discounts and fee waivers. You will also investigate failed payments, resolve payment queries, and support month-end, audit and reporting activities.
