About this role
This is a permanent Field Service Technician role based in Coleman Street, covering Central London and surrounding areas, with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum. Working for an established coffee services business, you will travel between customer sites to install, service and repair commercial coffee machines, water dispensers and associated equipment. Duties include diagnosing faults, finding practical solutions, providing friendly and professional customer service, and managing your daily appointments and service records. You will work independently while supporting the wider technical team, so reliability, organisation and confidence working alone are important.

We're recruiting a hands-on Field Service Technician to join an established coffee services business supplying premium coffee and drinks equipment to workplaces across the UK.
You'll travel between customer sites across Central London and the surrounding areas, installing, servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines, water dispensers and associated equipment.
What you'll be doing:
- Installing, servicing and repairing coffee machines and water dispensers.
- Diagnosing faults and finding practical solutions.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Managing your daily appointments and service records.
- Working independently while supporting the wider technical team.
What we're looking for:
- A practical, hands-on approach and a natural ability to solve problems.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability, organisation and confidence working independently.
- Experience in field service, electrical work, plumbing, vending, catering equipment, white goods or similar would be advantageous.
No coffee machine experience? No problem! Full training and ongoing development are available for the right person.
