About this role
This contract role in Royston seeks an experienced Electrical HV Senior Authorised Person (SAP) with strong HV/LV expertise to join a project on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will act as SAP for HV/LV systems, controlling, issuing and managing permits to work and switching operations, and ensuring the safe isolation and energisation of electrical systems. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and approving switching schedules and procedures, maintaining compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations, and providing technical guidance and supervision to site personnel. The role offers £60 to £70 per hour on a 12 month contract, outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Senior Authorised Person (SAP) for HV/LV systems

Qualifications

City & Guilds Accredited High Voltage Senior Authorised Persons Course (essential)
Experience

Proven experience working as an SAP on HV/LV systems
