About this role
CSS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an established specialist ductwork contractor for an experienced Ductwork Project Manager to oversee and deliver commercial and industrial projects in Northampton. Taking responsibility from project start to completion, you will ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing ductwork projects from start to finish, coordinating site teams, labour and subcontractors, managing budgets, programmes and materials, liaising with clients and main contractors, monitoring installation quality and site progress, and managing variations and project handovers. The salary is £65,000 to £70,000 per annum. This is a permanent role.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in ductwork project management.

Strong knowledge of ductwork installation and HVAC.

Experience managing commercial projects.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.
