About this role
This is a three-month fixed-term contract for a Customer Service Data Assistant based in the Swinton area, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The role centres on administration, data input and customer service, with responsibility for maintaining new customer and contractor records and supporting general customer service. Key duties include setting up system customer and contractor account records, validating completed sales orders, generating and sending customer manuals, and assisting with data cleaning activities. You will undertake constant validation and monitoring of all data input to maintain high levels of data quality, work closely with clients, account management and the operations desk, and handle customer queries by phone. The ability to work independently with a focus on full query resolution is required. Salary is £28,000 to £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

This-role-has-a-key-focus-on-ensuring-high-levels-of-data-quality-and-customer-service-throughout-all-areas-of-the-business-and-will-undertake-constant-validation-and-monitoring-of-all-data-input-to-our-systems.-The-role-requires-the-ability-to-work-independently-and-with-focus-on-new-customers-and-full-query-resolution.
