About this role
This is a temporary Cover Supervisor role in Stafford, paid at £100–£120 per day, with daily supply and an ASAP start date. Working with Academics, an education recruitment company specialising in supply teaching, you will support KS3 and KS4 at a secondary school. Responsibilities include covering the class when the teacher is absent, delivering pre-set work in an engaging manner, managing behaviour, supporting students, following school policies and procedures, and working closely with staff, parents and carers. You will need strong behaviour management, a current enhanced DBS, and clear, professional communication with the ability to adapt to different environments and teaching styles.
