About this role
Our client, a Legal 500-ranked private practice with a strong regional presence, is recruiting a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, CLC or Legal Executive) to join its expanding team in Wellingborough on a permanent basis, with a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum. You will run a full caseload covering sale and purchase, including leasehold and new build, re-mortgage, equity release and transfer of equity, while guiding the Paralegal and Trainee in the team. The firm offers hybrid working, flexible full-time or part-time options, private health cover, life assurance, a generous holiday allowance and recognition awards.
