About this role
This permanent Account Manager role is based in Isham, supporting a recruitment operation for clients in Kettering and the surrounding area. You will manage the day-to-day recruitment operation and lead the on-site recruitment team, taking responsibility for the service delivery of approximately 250–300 agency colleagues. Duties include ensuring recruitment and fulfilment targets are achieved, monitoring attendance, retention and workforce performance, and managing inductions, new starters and compliance. You will also build strong relationships with the client’s operational teams, manage workforce planning and changing requirements, and produce regular operational and performance reports. The salary is £32,404 per annum plus bonus.

The Results People are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead our recruitment operation for our Clients Based in Kettering and area.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and service delivery of an operation supporting approximately 250-300 agency colleagues, ensuring excellent recruitment, fulfilment, compliance and workforce performance.

Previous experience within recruitment, account management or high-volume workforce management is preferred.
You will need to be highly organised, confident managing people and comfortable taking ownership of a busy, fast-paced operation.
