About this role
This is a permanent 360 Recruitment Consultant role with a well-established independent agency in Leeds, offering a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience, plus commission. You will need a proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant, with experience in either the temporary or permanent markets and in any recruitment sector. Strong business development and communication skills are required to sell the candidates you recruit, and you will build good relationships with clients by providing quality candidates so they return for repeat business. The package includes individual managerial support, one-to-one mentoring, sales and management training courses and career development opportunities.

My client will accept candidates with experience of recruiting in either the temp or perm markets.
You will need to build up good relationships with your clients by providing quality candidates for their business so they always return to you for repeat business.
